Hello Marilyn,

first, if your using ad-aware, personal addition, there are scripts for the 
program, and the need of routing jaws to pc, is not necessary.

you would want to route jaws to pc, if for example;  the ok button, or, the 
finish button, wasn't accessible with the pc cursor.

normally, you could press,
insert+e, this would tell you what the default button is, ok, cancel, 
finish, etc.

if you need to route jaws to pc, and lets say, you wanted to find the 
continue button, you would route jaws to pc, arrow down the page, until you 
heard, continue,
then, with arrow keys, place yourself on the letter C of continue, then? 
press the left-mouse button.
