I have the same problem while I am in goldwave. I don't know what the problem is either. I can turn jaws 8 on and I don't have the problem.

But then I thought I tweaked something and fixed that, but today's error report seemed to be generated after a Norton virus scan that is automatic. I'm just not sure how to pinpoint what the problem is since I can't actually see the report. Just wondered if others have experienced this, and how you were able to find what caused it.
