Try this. While on the page of the item you want to copy, do an insert v for the Jaws verboscity. Type the letter S and it should say, select and copy. Press your spacebar until you hear, from virtual cursor. Press enter. Now try to select and copy that text and paste it in your Word document.

The computer freezes and when I alt-f4 to close the window I get the message something like "this operation has many different styles would you like to use normal style yes no" 2. If I say yes nothing appears on screen that I can hear. 3. I tried to virtualize the screen so you could see this message in outlook express but the printer friendly doc appeared and came into view after I did a paste but it was all messed up and almost not readable. This started happening about a month ago so I tried it again today with the same results. I am using Jaws 9. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
