Hi Folks, A Friend of mine asked me how Jaws could tell her that she is at the top or bottom of the messages list in Outlook Express.
I have tried the insert+V command with her, but it doesn't seem to have fixed the problem. I thought about the possibility that something may need to be tweaked in the configuration manager, but for the life of me, I can't find where to check that setting in there. As I said, I have tried the insert+V command, and the customary verbosity dialog box pops up, and under top and bottom edge alert it states with sound. Once I press the close button, it's like Jaws was never modified, and I still don't know where to check this option in the configuration manager. She is using Jaws 9.0.519 on a laptop running Windows XP, Outlook Express 6 and Internet Explorer 6. If it means anything, when she reads the message body, she does get a sound at the end of the message, but never in the message list. Another thing I should mention is that she is reading her messages with the preview pain turned on, and indeed, reading her message via the preview pane, not going in and opening the message individually. Thanks for any help you can offer.
