Well, I downloaded and installed the version for outlook express. I was really
surprised how it installed. It set up for all inboxes. I have my main and 5 sub
accounts. The first account removed 3 spam messages. Then my wife's account
removed 75 messages and my daughter's another 35. In my main account it removed
2 and missed one. Here is where I thought that I would have a problem with
jaws. I had a little trouble figuring out how to block it. After toying for a
while I left the pc cursor setting on the message. Then activated the jaws
cursor and went to the top where the tool bar is. I was able to read the tool
bar for cloudmark and with the jaws cursor clicked on block and it worked.
I have 15 days of the trial version and the utility costs about $40 I think for
a year.
When you block a message it is sent back to their server and added to the list
for all users.
Also when you install it creates another folder under each identity for spam.
You can look in this folder to make sure that something was not accidentally
marked as junk.
Right now I am leaning to purchasing. On their website there were a few things
that I had a problem reading. I sent the information about accessibility to
them.
