I use Norton Ghost all the time. I did have one problem with one version when trying to recover. The problem was a failure because I did not do a defrag before I made the backup. If your computer will not boot you will need sighted help for the recovery. It runs in a dos environment. However If it does boot you can use jaws to do a full recovery.
