hi, when you first start windowws mail it will start the account setup for you. also in the options menu there's anaccounts option where you can setup other ones. jaws uses the same settings for windows mail and outlook express. also the interface is pretty similar, at least the folders and message. sorry i haven't done much exploration yet. what I hate though, it has the microsoft junk email filter, which seems to think over half of my emails are junk, and they aren't. hth!
