Juice is a podcast downloader and not a media player. Podcast will play in your default media player.
I find it easier to navigate to podcast in windows explorer and play then from there. The location of these downloaded podcast seems to vary with different installations of Juice so you should check in the Juice Preferences where the folder your podcast are downloaded to.
