Gary I am using GoldWave scripts. The scripts were downloaded from the Jaws-Users website and are the ones that include the help tutor.
I'm kind of grabbing at straws here but maybe you could go to the GoldWave website, download another copy, and re-install the application. Can you go to the Jaws-Users site and download a different audio editor and see if it does the same thing?
