Hi Linda, The correct keystroke of the links list is, insert + F7. There is a way to repair Internet Explorer, but it involves editing the registry. Not a task for everyone. It doesn't necessarily sound like an IE problem, check your display settings and make sure they haven't changed, I have had this problem in the past. Also, if you have an earlier version of Jaws installed, give it a try. HTH, Richard Q.
