I may be a bit behind on this one, but I just went with the assumption that, since Norton 2007 was an accessibility nightmare with JAWS in many ways, 2008 would probably be the same way. I'd recommend System Suite 8 from AvanQuest. Nice interface, works great with JAWS, and according to my wife, who is sighted, doesn't look too bad visually...So, if you have sighted people using your computer, they won't hate it.
