Marsha. Which version of OE are you using? I've used OE for several years now, and even with JAWS 9, have experienced no issues with it whatsoever. In my case, I'm running whatever the latest version that came with IE7 is...Though, I've switched to regular Outlook, mostly because my PACMate won't sync with the OE address book, but will with Outlook.
