Hi, I'm using windows xp home and ms explorer 7. I had a problem a little similar. When I press insert f 7, jaws says "links list but when I start arrowing down, my machine beeps and there is a window next to that saying "links list not responding. I am using jaws 8 but have not resolved my problem yet. I ran a test on my machine and it said "the driver for this device is not installed but it doesn't tell me what device. Do you have a Dell Intel video hard because there is some issue with jaws and intel. I will have to call fs because I don't know what happened.
