Hi, as far as i know the shared components are only for jaws, like
eloquence, the video intercept manager etc. You could try reinstalling
jaws 9 but I don't think it would make a difference.
there is a way to roll back to previous configurations and stuff in
windows, provided you didn't remove the system restore points. Go to
start menu, all programs, accessories, system tools and system
restore. at this point you may want to create a restore point, in case
you want to go back to your current programs and configuration. then
select restore and select the desired restore point. Now your pc
should restart and all the settings and programs from the restore
point are back. HTH!
