Hi,
You probably have "use SAPI 5 during say-all" checked in the Configuration
manager. To change these settings, the following:

1. Go into Microsoft Word.
2. Run JAWS configuration Manager by pressing F-2 and hitting "enter" on
the Configuration Manager option.
3. It should pull up the MSWord.jcf configuration file automatically.
4. Hit alt-s, which will take you into the "set options" menu.
5. You will be in a list of choices. Hit "enter" on the "say all options"
dialog.
6. It should pull up another dialog which has options for configuring your
SAPI 5 say-all voice. the first option is "use SAPI 5 during Say-all". It
will probably be checked. If you don't want to use SAPI 5 but just want to
use Eloquence, uncheck this box and hit OK.
7. If you want to use SAPI 5 but a different voice, do the following:
a. The voice will probably be set on "Microsoft Sam" (the default Narrator
voice).
b. If you want another voice, select another in the list.
C. The next tab adjusts the speech rate. Change that to whatever you wish.
D Press "enter" on OK.
8. Then save the file with alt-s and exit configuration manager.

Hth,
Erin
