Hello, The quickest way to enter your autotext is to type the first four characters of the name you gave the autotext entry and then press function key 3. This will insert the autotext entry without requiring you to go into the insert menu.
If you want to use the insert menu then press Alt-I to bring up the insert menu, then press A for Autotext menu and the first choice in that submenu is Autotext followed by the ellipses indicating a dialog box will follow when you press enter. After pressing enter you will be in an edit combo box where you can press the first letter of the name for your autotext entry and then use down arrow to get to the first choice starting with that character. If you don't hear it spoken, tab away from the edit combo box and then shift-tab back to it and use your arrow keys again to find your entry. You can then tab twice to the insert button and press spacebar. It is easier though to just type the first four characters of the autotext entry's name and then press function key 3 to enter the autotext.
