Hi, Why don't you try to virtualize that window when it comes up and then you could enter on it. Either that or use the jaws invisible cursor. To virtualize a window, press and hold down jaws insert key, hold down right control key and w so it will be insert, control w. It will then say virtualizing window and you can read it that way. I'm not too experienced but I think that should work. If not, press jaws cursor twice quickly and it will say invisible cursor and you can read.
