Hello I could not replicate your problem using my jaws 8 and IE7. As far as I could tell the whole page read appropriately. Jaws reads keyword input edit on the search field and a search button and reset button are read below this. Pressing control down arrow read the rest of the page fine.
This is not of terrific help to you but it does suggest that the problem may not be the web page. Have you problems with other web pages? Have you tried refreshing the screen Insert plus Escape to see if that solves the problem for you?
