Hi Carla, You might want to update to 5.10 and go from there. Secondly, in your configuration manager, open the default configuration file, then go to the settings menu, followed by entering on verbosity. In that dialog box, make sure that intermediate is selected, instead of beginner. Once it's selected, tab to the ok button and press the spacebar. Once out of that dialog box, press control+S to save the configuration file, then close it with an alt+F4. Now see if that helps. If it doesn't, let us know and I'll write some detailed instructions on how to tweak the verbosity dialog box.
