HI, I had to remove J18 due to a corrupt AVG and go to the AVG website and
re-install it with my key #,Then re-install jaws 18,
I too had to reverse back to J17, TGIFI ( Thanks god I fix it.)
everything is good.

Heck yeah. I keep having to invoke NVDA to see why JAWS has crashed.
Then as soon as I do that JAWS may start speaking again.
