Hi, Kimsan,
Glad you were able to have your outlook problem solved.
Honestly? I saw your post, and I first thought, most likely the screen is
not maximized, but I held off sending in the suggestion, thinking that the
problem was more advanced then that.
I have never had issue with, windows-key+up arrow,
Maybe, you should set outlook to open in the maximized state.
What I do though is, when I open a new message, I do make sure that the
screen is maximized, this indeed makes for a better experience when reading
the content of the message.
I use to use the auto sizer program, however, I see no real reason to use
the program in windows 10.

Subject: Re: [JAWS-Users] huge problem in outlook 2016 resolved

Hi,

Apparently, someone from freedom scientific saw my email here, and forwarded
it to a tech support person who emailed me off list to assist me in
resolving the issue. I'm embarroussed to say that my outlook window wasn't
maximized, which in my defense, I always maximized my outlook window using
windows key up arrow; however, alt spacebar plus x seems to be the more
reliable keystroke!

In another thread, I posted about emails reading from the bottom, and once
the screen was maximized, my emails read from the top again.
I have very little vision, but enough to tell when my screens are maximized,
so it just through me off that the alt spacebar plus x worked but windows
key up arrow did work didn't resolve the issue when visually I saw it
maximized after performing windows key up arrow. Sheesh, confusing.
Thanks to who ever from fs that forwarded my email and sent John Carson the
second level tech support to the rescue!

Respectfully,
Kimsan Song

Subject: [JAWS-Users] huge problem in outlook 2016

Hi,

I'm no longer seeing any of the ribbons such as home, etc after pressing the
alt key. None of the keytips work, either.

I've toggled CTRL f1, even did Outlook /resetnavpane but nothing is working.
All I hear is system, close and move when pressing the alt key. Thoughts?

Respectfully,

Kimsan Song
