Yeah, I submitted a tech report to them regarding this a couple weeks ago.
It supposedly has been elevated.
Anything in research-it can be found by using a search engine. The problem
with Research-It, is it was a nice convenience feature, but FS likely
doesn't have the time or inclination to keep fixing things that get broken
when somebody at the results source decides to re-do the site or the
interface.

I noticed it the other day when attempting to look up a tracking
number so I just went to their site and found the information there. I
