There are entire Help topics devoted to the use of Braille, and the use of Focus displays, with JAWS.
You need to select the "JAWS and refreshable braille" book and start reading from there. Note, in particular, the "Freedom Scientific" displays book, inside which you'll find detailed command lists for the Focus series of displays. Also, JAWS command search (JAWS key+Space, J) will show the braille display keys associated with each command that you find. I have reported some braille-related bugs to VFO, but, for the most part, it works as documented.
