1. When you download a jaws update, download it from the web site. Don't let it install automatically.
2. When the executable is downloaded and you know where it is, highlight the executable. 3. Now hit enter on the exe. 4. Jaws should now ask you if you want to modify, repair, or uninstall jaws. 5. Choose repair and follow the prompts jaws gives you and it's easy peasy. Take it from me, because I am not a computer whiz.
