If you are using Outlook 2016, press ALT+Q, to bring up the tell me what you want to do window, from any where in Outlook.

The new Tell me feature in Outlook 2016 is very nice, it's a fast way to have Outlook 2016 automatically complete many tasks for you. 1. Press ALT+Q, this keystroke brings up the Tell me what you want to do, edit box window, pressing Escape will close this edit box window. *For example, using the new, Tell me what you want to do feature, just type the word "new", press the Down-arrow key to see the list of results. Press Enter, on one of the items to automatically have Outlook 2016, complete that Task for you. *Tip, pressing ALT+Q, will bring up the Tell me what you want to do search edit box, from anywhere in Outlook 2016. This is a fantastic feature for the blind computer user, no looking through the ribbons, jus press ALT+Q, type what you are looking for, begin down arrowing through the results, press Enter to have Outlook 2016, automatically complete that task for you.
