Hello; give these steps a try; I'm doing this from memory, hope the steps
are accurate.

1, open windows live essentials,

2, now press ctrl+#3 to get into your contacts,

3, press alt-key, you should hear,
Home tab,

4, now use the tab key until you hear something like,
Export dropdown
Press the enter key.
You should land on the comma separated value, CSV file,
Press enter.
Now this should start the export process.
Hope this works.

what they conceal is vital.

I did not see anywhere where I can back up the address book. I have the
account information and the emails. Wow! did I guess wrong, there is over
1,200 messages that I wanted to save. I have folders for jfw, guide dog,
woodworking, iPhone and the inbox and a special saved stuff folder. There is

over 30 contacts that I also do not want to lose.
