Hi The most consistent way to start Narrator is to use the Run dialog. Open the run dialogue and type: narrator and then press enter. Windows XP: Press Windows key + U, to open the utility Manager, then Alt + N to start Narrator. Note: if Narrator is set to start with the Utility Manager,then the second keystroke is not needed. Windows Vista, 7 & possibly 8: Press Windows key + U, to open the Ease of Access Center, and then Alt + N to start Narrator. Windows 10: Press Windows key + Enter to start Narrator.
