Jorge, this doesn't work for me in Outlook 2010 and Win7. I doubt the Operating system makes a difference. Here's what I do. Place focus in the tree view next to the message whose sender I want to block, etc. Then I press the applications key and arrow up two or three times. At "Junk," I press enter, then arrow up or down through the options. I press enter on the desired item.
