Hi Jim, I don't know how to tell you where to find the files in Windows 10, but here's where the ripped files go by default:
To retrieve your extracted files go to My Documents / My Music / mp3 folder. This is where your files are extracted to by default no matter if you are extracting in .wav or mp3 format. Hopefully this will help a little bit. Take care.
