Hi Justin & Jerry, Try these steps, & see if they'll work for you: 1. While in an open email message Hold down the, Alt key, & press the, 1 key twice quickly. This is the, number 1 key on the number row above the main keyboard. This keystroke should highlight the information in the, From, field. 2. Press, Control + A, to select all the text in the, From, field. 3. Press, Control + C, to copy the selected text to the clipboard, & now you can paste this info into the, To, field of a new email with the paste keystroke, Control + V. Take care.
