Hello Arianna, I did not have an issue with the Reuters look-up source timing out but I did notice that the response time was slightly longer and not as quick as one of the other sources (CNET) would have been. The only solution I can recommend is that you try restarting JAWS or your computer to see if this issue abates. This might sound obvious, but I would also make sure that the machine that you are trying to perform the research it look-up from has a solid Internet connection. Hope that helps
