I started out using Windows live one care when it first came out. It wasn't very accessible but it was so automatic I didn't have to interact with it very much. Then one day, six months into my year subscription, it crashed and a message said I had to go to the Microsoft web site to reinstall it. They wanted another 100 plus dollars to renew. I said to heck with that and got rid of what was left on my computer.
