Yes, d for document, which is my own preference. But you can't choose the 
resulting format.

Hey Mike.  Is there a "d" command as well to convert the entire document?  If 
this is possible, can that converted doc be saved as a MS Word or .txt doc?

Press, Jaws key + spacebar, then press, O, to start OCR, then, either, S or W, 
to OCR either the current screen or window.
