Hello Keith, In my experience, the wordpress site at www.wordpress.com is an accessible means for setting up a blog. When I set up a blog on this site, I noticed that I was only able to place textual information on it. If you would like to integrate video, it is doable, but requires some advanced JAWS navigation. I would also try the blogger site or google blogger with screen readers. This is a google product, so it should be accessible. Finally, if you are a fan of Dropbox, you may want to try the website https://blot.im/ a friend set up a blog using this service which integrates with it and stated at the time that it was accessible.
