I am not sure if OE stands for outlook, outlook express is no longer the program name if I understand right. To set Gmail up with out look you should not have to get into the manual set up, you should just be able to enter your user/email name, account name and password in the outlook email setup wizard. Here is the tricky part, in the last 8 months or so Google has changed a setting and you have to go into your Gmail settings to change it or it wont activate. You have to find a Gmail setting that says something like, allow less secure apps. If you don't change this setting in Gmail you can no longer set up your Gmail with outlook. Here is the link to take you through the steps. When you do find the setting the wording is tricky so read three times just to confuse yourself and then uncheck the box, good luck. https://support.google.com/accounts/answer/6010255?hl=en
