[JAWS-Users] speech engines

As I am having trouble with Eloquence varying the volume I would like to try a 
different speech engine. I see in the Jaws menu for synthasizers that there is 
a vocalizer Express and on the Jaws Web site there is a Vocalizer Express 2. 
Has anyone on the list used these? Is there a difference between the two? Is 
downloading the ?  Vocalizer Express 2 and installing it difficult?  Thanks,
