Hi Anna, Along with the link someone else provided about Flexible Web, you can also find good information in the Jaws help topics. As for the ads you are seeing on websites, if they are pop-up ads, I don't think Flexible Web is the answer. Unless I am mistaken, Flexible Web only pertains to what is actually shown on the visible web page.
