The F2 command in File Explorer allows me to rename a file, but it won't let me specify a new path (i.e., a different directory) for the file while I'm renaming it. I have to rename the file first, then use Ctrl+c to copy, then switch to the destination directory in File Explorer and type Ctrl+v to paste the file there.
Is there a faster way to do this? Normally, I would just type a move-item (mi) command in PowerShell, but in this case I'm trying to look at the contents of the individual files, then move and rename them, which is a lot easier in File Explorer. There isn't a pattern to the names, so I can't just write a simple PowerShell command to do it with wildcards.
