Hi Anna,
Pressing alt_+F, then use your arrow keys to go down to Options sub-menu,
right arrow to activate it, then enter on Mail Options, and this will yield
the same results.

Yes that is what I am looking for but the control shift O does not do
anything for me
do you have any other ideas how I can get to the options and the mail
settings?
I am using windows 8.1 and jaws 15
