Hi Anna, If you ever accidentally delete something, & want to retrieve it from the Recycle Bin, you can get it this way as well: open the Recycle Bin, & highlight the item you wish to Restore 2. With the item highlighted, open the context menu with the Applications key or Shift + F10, arrow up / down to, Restore, & press enter. Yes. To be clear, I infer you got the message to the effect, "Access denied. You need administrator rights." Something like that. Like you, I just press spacebar on the OK button and, lo, I have administrator rights.
