Call Microsoft's accessibility desk. They will need to remote in to your computer. AVAST turns out to be extremely stubborn about being removed. It took Microsoft going in and messing with the registry, and perhaps something else. It took 2 or 3 separate calls, but they finally figured it all out and everything about AVAST seems to be gone.
