Hi John,
In my opinion, you are better off just using the security software that is
built-in to Windows 10. It is the equivalent of Microsoft Security
Essentials. This is the only security software, along with Malwarebytes,
that I have used on my and my clients computers for the past seven
years--with no problems. On my computers, I still use the old, accessible
version of Malwarebytes. I am even beginning to question the necessity for
Malwarebytes--and not even from the standpoint that they just can't seem to
get accessibility right. Of course, your browsing and email habits can make
a big difference in the security of your computer.
Best,
John

Subject: [JAWS-Users] IF NOT AVAST, THEN WHAT?
Hi group,
I have found that the latest version of Avast Free is completely
inaccessible. When I go onto the main screen, Jaws 18 reads as if there
is
no data there. I was reading the post indicating that removing Avast is a
real issue. If I do get help in removing the program, what alternative
anti-virus programs are available which are genuinely accessible when
using
Windows 10 and Jaws 18?
