Hi George!
I see no actions needed, but I did not think that had anything to do with 
Defender. I did not know what that meant. If that is what Defender says in the 
creators update, than I am fine.

Maria,
I guess you are running the Creator, if it was the Anniversary it would say, 
pc status windows defender periodic scanning ON.

I did all that and I see it on the system tray but it says no action needed
