Hi Tom,
The touch cursor memics using your finger on a touch screen, only you use the 
keyboard on your computer to accomplish the same thing. When you turn on the 
touch cursor, the right arrow is like swiping your finger to the right on a 
touch screen. You do not need a touch screen on your computer for this to work. 
Using the touch cursor and your arrow keys, allows you to access many controls 
that you cannot ever get to with the PC cursor or the JAWS cursor. You can 
press your arrow keys, and access the buttons on the toolbars of MS word, for 
example. The touch cursor does not show up in JAWS until version 15.

To turn on the touch cursor, press:
Shift+capslock+semicolon, To turn it off, press:
Capslock+semicolon twice to go back to the PC cursor.

On my desktop, here are the keystrokes for replicating the touch cursor and 
going back to regular cursor.
the touch curser, to use the touch cursor, press Shift+PC cursor, on the num 
pad, press the PC cursor two times quickly to go back to the regular PC 
cursor.

Hello,
THe laptop keystroke is:
capslock plus shift plus semicolon to enable it.
To disable it:
either press caps lock plus semicolon twice or capslock plus apostrophe 
twice. I can’t remember which it is off the top of my head.
