If I understand your question correctly miss Carla, you will need to run 
book split on each file separately. It's been a while since I did that 
tutorial but if memory serves it works on one file at a time. It has 
happened in the past that I have had to go back and listen to my own 
recordings because what often occurs is that once the recording is finished 
I don't use the program very much in most cases. It did happen with Yahoo 
pops for a fact.
