Sometimes, you can try object character recognition in Jaws, then left-clicking the result.

Insert-Space, then O, then W. When the results come up, if you see a Buy button or something similar, just left-click it.

Judy, for what it's worth, I agree with you. This is why I never tried learning WindowEyes, because it was so different from JAWS. Unfortunately, we will have to struggle with the problem until universal accessibility is mandated, which may not be for a long time, or till the sighted want it. It's always based on what the sighted want, because we are a small minority. However, we have made some strides, thanks to the sighted, i.e. greater access to audio books, because the sighted decided they liked them.
