Well, it certainly does not seem to be a level playing field when it comes to web access, but regardless of any outrage we might feel, no one has ever said that life is fair. We all need to use whatever resources we have to attain our goal -- if that means picking up the phone when a web page does not work, at least we make the purchase. Stamping our foot firmly does not achieve that result.

In these cases, we just have to hang up our independence and take down the phone and order that way.
