We experienced a Network Outage for roughly 2.5 hours this morning. This outage effected all hardware in our non-voice environment (Web Servers, Backup Servers, DNS Servers, Switches, Routers, Firewalls). We are awaiting the final Root Cause from the Data Center as to the outage.
Unfortunately, we were also unable to access the environment to send out an email that we were experiencing an issue. We appreciate everyone's patience during this Network Outage event.
