I could do it with a jaws script, it just didn't cross what I have left of a mind. Beyond that, you'd have to use a resource editor and modify what Thunderbird currently labels Shift+F5 as. And that assumes that Thunderbird is coded to use resource data to define dialogs and menus, rather than dynamically building them at run time. Later...
