Hello; Not sure if you can remove certain recent documents, however you can determine how many recents get shown.
1, open word, 2, alt+f=file,t=options, 3, now down arrow until you find advance, Now use the tab key and look for, Show this number of Recent Documents: Use the arrow keys to choose a preferred number, I believe the default is fifty, So, use down arrow to decrease the number, Now tab ok. But: go to the list of documents and select some document you want to delete. Then press application key to see what option you have. Maybe there is something like "delete the selected document". Afterwards scrol to the "advanced", and using "tab" key to find "show this number of recent document". In the "edit" field type 0. Then scrol to the OK button. that's all.
